Wear comfortable clothes, make sure your lashes are totally clean and go to the bathroom beforehand. It's about a two hour process, very comfortable table, good music - painless. You may fall asleep during the process. Love it.

Kris Ann is very meticulous. Tell her what you want, she listens. Best I've had yet. She is awesome!!! I cannot even tell I have them on they are so soft and pretty.
