Alma is great. She's friendly and listens to what you want. She also tweeze for an extra fee for those with sensitive skin. I did the brow tweezing and it was painless. I barely felt anything. My session took a whole hour. It's been 2 weeks and my hair hasn't even grown back yet. I have found my brow lady.
