The instructor was new and clearly hadn't been trained thoroughly. Given it is the only human contact, it seems their should be a more thorough training program to bring them up to speed. Also filling out two forms with virtually the exact same information is disrespectful of customers' time - rather incongruent since one of the primary sales points is time savings. Managers should find employee driven solutions not customer driven solutions to paperwork/information challenges.

KoKo makes exercise plan that can be only 45 minutes (15 cardio and 30 strength training) and if you are consistent, it will help you stay fit. It's a great way for busy people to get in shape and focuses on making exercise a HABIT.
