Soft serve machine "froze up" and staff seemed to care less that they were sending kids (and adults) away on the brink of tears without the frozen dessert they had looked forward to at the end of their meal.
The food was not very impressive, but the service was much worse. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Service is usually up and down but this particular time it was great! We came in late right before 9 and they let us go ahead and eat there as well.

Delicious food, friendly staff and great service! Top all that off with free self serve vanilla ice cream cone and you can't go wrong.
