Had a really great experience. I took all my classes at the Alpharetta location. Very much enjoyed the classes, the instructors, the class energy, their patience with their students' varying skill levels. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this amazing workout facility! It was clean, spacious and their instructors are top notch. I especially loved the fact that I had a different, but challenging workout each time I went. I wasn’t in bad shape when I started, however, I definitely gained muscle, lost some fat and improved my endurance. Just gotta work on these arms! Thank you Knuckle Up - Douglasville!
