Please get mirrors...several other people mentioned this too after class so it wasn't just me. Everything else was superb. Excellent and thorough instructor who seemed to really care about the class and everyone's maximum potential

Yoga style not calming or centering . Instructor barking orders. Unlike any yoga I have done before and not pleasant. I didn't come for a bossy personal trainer, I came for a de-stressing yoga that strengthened my mind spirit and body.
