They sent back several items of clothing to be redone before I even came to pick them up. The clothes were packaged nicely with paper in the sleeves of the business suits. I was very impressed with their service, especially when compared with my most recent dry cleaning at another dry cleaners.

I brought in a creme silk dress with a tiny spot of red long wear lipgloss that another dry cleaner failed to remove. I thought the stain was unremovable at this point since it had been on the dress for over a year. THANK YOU for getting it off! I'll definately be back.

Staff was friendly but I went back to pick up a dress 2 weeks later and was told it was not ready yet. It has been 3 weeks now and no call. Also, I was not given my original suit hangers when I picked up the first part of my order, and I stressed the importance of getting them back when I dropped them off.
