I was nervous going into my appointment as this was my first time having laser hair removal but they made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions and knowledgeable about it. I called to make an appointment and was seen the same day and everything was quick and easy.

The location was a bit difficult to find, but once there everyone was friendly and helpful. The procedure was explained well, and the treatment was handled efficiently. This was a first of six treatments, so we will see how the rest go!
