Amazing service! So nice, super quick check in, great room! Richard at the front desk was awesome and helped us out big time. And you can't beat the less than 2 minute walk to the park! We will definitely be back!

Not what I expected! Older hotel. Tried to revamp it. I'm on the bottom floor and can hear everything going on next door and in the room above me. Not close walking distance to Disney! Yes it's cheap, but now I have to pay for parking at Disney or Uber.

The first room had a really bad smell and broken tiles in the restroom and I saw about half a dozen roaches crawling into the cracks of the tile when I turned the lights on. I killed one and brought it to the manager. The previous day I told him one had been spotted in the room but he did not seem to believe it. When shown the roach, he immediately moved us to another room. The new room was basic but was ok with the exception of extremely hard beds. Our group had 4 rooms and all reported difficulty sleeping because of the beds. The location was good and was only a 5 minute walk to the Mickey and Friends parking lot with free trams to the park. Breakfast was pathetic. I looked and didn't see anything but a member of our party said there was a pre-packaged pastry and coffee and tea.
