I will be returning to your salon, for sure. Because I am on a very fixed income, I really appreciated the discount and the opportunity to come in. I stated that I had the coupon when I made the appointment, and was able to not only get in the very next day, but treated like royalty when I got there. This was just about the best pedicure I have ever had. Lelani was very gentle, and it was the first time that I didn't have those "tickly" reflexes. Though I cannot come as often as I would like, you have gained a loyal customer with a very big mouth and lots of friends. I hope that helps.

There were people smoking right outside the door of the establishment so that anyone entering had to hold their breath if they didn't want to breathe cigarette smoke; a violation of city ordinance. A cluster of employees and their friends were chatting in the salon, and their use of foul language was rather surprising to my children, who could easily hear it from fifteen feet away. A woman, presumably the owner, scolded the nail technician while he was still working with us. Our nail technician was kind and did his best to deliver excellent service. That salon always smells bad, and it is always messy and disorganized. The atmosphere is unprofessional and made us feel unsafe.

your employees seem uninterested in the client, just barely doing their job. There was no extra effort, interest or enthusiasm put into either of the two haircuts and especially into the pedicure I got. The salon seems slightly dirty also.

Not a professional atmosphere. Equipment is in disrepair. Coupon stated that you got a lemonade with pedicure. This was literally one half of a pill cup of lemonade with crystal sugar on rim. Offer also stated you got a pair of flip-flops. None was offered and since I didn't need them I didn't mention it. The girl who did mine was nice so that was a plus.

I bought 4, and 3 were gifts and all 4 of us were dissapointed with the quality and the service we had received.

Their massage chairs didn't work and were really worn out. But ok price
