Heather is always on time, pleasant to talk to and excellent at what she does. I had my lashes tinted and permed, they look fab! I have standing brow and nail appointments with her with her. It's such a relief to have someone I can count on!

Heather is so great - she really takes the time to do a good job! I'm always skittish about my eyebrows being touched and she was very considerate of that and made sure I'd be okay with what she was doing - highly recommend!
