The customer service was excellent and I was impressed that the vehicle didn’t seem to have any issues after the installment. However, on my part I forgot to take an image of my odometer and I know I looked at it before I left my vehicle. I noticed right away it was driven 31 miles. On my part I don’t have proof because I failed to take the image of my odometer, so I am shot out of luck on that matter. Watch your odometers n take images of them before you leave your vehicle. Nonetheless, so far no issues after the initial installment. with customer service n the starter installment. The guy didn’t take me outside to show me the instructions on how to use the remote start which I also thought would have been better customer service. There is always room for improvement. They did a much better job than the last place I went to. I’m not going to name any names.
