The lady that assisted me was very sweet and understanding. She was very informative. She made my day. The facility is very clean, beautiful & a very relaxed environment.

The Formostar heat wrap is great! Just make sure you wear only thick cotton sweatpants and sweat top. Don't wear any clothing underneath the wraps that have metal rivets or zippers.
