Lots of variation and classes to choose from. Also had evening/weeken classes - I work so that was important. Instructors very knowledgeable and open to suggestions for class emphasis. Recommend highly.

This was a good class to get back into yoga after 24 months. I really enjoyed the poses and loved that the instructor came around and corrected poses not being performed correctly.

Very friendly place that personalizes your skill to yoga. I had never done yoga before and they recommend a class to begin with that I really enjoy. The staff is fantastic.
