This place has a very intimate and private feeling. It is tiny and has only one bathroom/changing space. The studio has no parking lot, either. The inconvenience aside, the instructor is extremely knowledgeable and gives tons of detailed information to consider. I had the best experience and couldn't wait to try more. Reading the class descriptions, it also seems like the studio offers a variety of types of classes that cater to your specific needs which is very different from the one-size-fits-all approach that some studios do. But I have to try more until I can comment. Overall, love it <3.

Wonderful lessons, challenging at the right point. I tried many lessons and I always enjoyed, so glad that I choose the 20 lessons package.

I went to Roots last night. Fantastic class for beginners and those with more experience. Nicole starts with intention, guides your pose throughout the class, and then we workshop a pose. Looking forward to more practice!

Neat little space - very intimate. Nice teachers and students from my limited exposure. Know the area and go early because you may have to park 4-5 minutes away.
