Confused staff.
Tried to make an appointment and was informed that was not needed. When arrived there, was informed that could either wait for 1,5h or make an appointment?!

The staff is very attentive and professional. The experience was very nice. It was nice to be able to sit in a comfortable chair and have a beverage if I wanted one.
