Service provided was consistent with 'shady' business techniques. Citgo attempted to lure me into purchasing products and service unnecessary for my car. Citgo recommended a fix to my car that was not an actual problem. Following my visit with Citgo, a third party evaluated my car and determined the issue Citgo was referring to was not a problem at all.

Took longer than most oil changes, the mechanic feedback was not very specific or helpful. Good location, easy appointment service.
