When the cleaners arrived an hour late I indicated where there were stains on the carpet I was informed they charged extra for stains and for moving any furniture. For an additional $69 they would do stain treatment and furniture moving. Given that I had worked with them just 6 months earlier I was shocked and said so. Ultimately I spent the extra money because the stains were actually why I wanted the carpet clean. One of the technicians worked on the stains for a long time but quite frankly they are worse than before he started. They cover a much larger area and are uniformly darker. My prior experience with RNA was great but this experience leaves me looking for a new carpet cleaner.
