Class was so much fun! The instructors are focused on pushing you, but ensuring you have correct form, stretch, and stay hydrated.

Trainers were very friendly and very helpful. Customers told me I would love the classes and they were right. The owner was there checking on things, and very friendly. The spinning equipment is top quality and all was in working order, the facility was very clean, and the music was great. I would highly recommend RydeOn to anyone who loves to Spin.

My first time was amazing. Very attentive to setting me up and gave clear directions during the ride. Music was great and inspirational and the equipment is up to date and easy to read!

The staff is VERY helpful -- as a first-time spinner I felt comfortable even amongst the "experts". Reserve your spot online for weekend times; weekday mid-mornings seem to usually have space.
