Karen listened to what I thought I wanted and then explained how she would cut my hair to achieve the desired result. She was personable and attentive...I may have just found my new stylist. :-)

She was very good at asking what I wanted and then giving input. She was also willing to do things that I did not want. I would definitely use her again.

Just make sure you explain what you want EXACTLY what you want before she starts. I like my cut, but it's about 2 inches shorter than what I would have liked. She's very nice though, and she gave me a very good haircut. It just isn't exactly what I wanted. I think that that kind of issue happens at any salon. I would make another appointment here, bottom line.
