Very cute salon....Vicky was very nice and did a good job with my curly hair. My color was bit darker than I normally have it but it was her first time and was just trying to match it without a formula ....anyway I will go back...

awful haircut, I am new to the area and this place was close to my home so that's why I c hose it. I tried to reach out to the manager telling that I was unsatisfied and after multiple emails/ calls, nothing was returned to me. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE

My Color was wrong and she missed some gray hair.

I asked for bright blonde highlights, instead I got orange/ blonde hair

I lost the beautician I had gone to for years, and have been trying to find someone to give a good cut for over a year now. Went to a "Master Cutter" at Lui Lui and had a bad clip on the side, went back in a few weeks, giving another chance, and trying to stay with the same girl and salon, after all, everyone can have a bad day. Got a bad comb out instead. After fighting with my bad cut and comb out, I actually asked to talk to the manager, saying I felt bad but wanted to at least try to stay in the salon, but felt bad about trying another beautician. She was very courteous, and offered another " master" stylist. Had my hair colored, explaining the sensitivity to color and she was very careful the produce wasn't strong. We decided on a color, med brown. It turned out almost black. After a week of disappointment , and friends asking about the color, I called the salon to asked for suggestions to lightning it. She said she wasn't a beautician and would have someone call back. No one ever did. I was fed up at that point. And will never go back to Lui Lui . The bottom line for me ...fighting a bad haircut until it grows outs.... What's that 2-3 mos? Embrassed with the color, it has no color variation.......sensitive hair can't get colored too often, so it's been 3mos living with with a bad product. I wonder what decides and makes a "master stylist"? Don't the Salons and Stylist realize what a horrific effect there mistakes make on a client?... I've been from high end salons to low, and find all beauticians doing the same thing of blowing out the hair to get it dry (saving time for them) and then using the roller brush to set the style. This does not set a curl or style in the hair, but help straighten it to benefit the beauticians time . I leave knowing I'll be lucky if the style is still holding when I return home. My hair doesn't take take to coloring very well.
