Then, as guests recline on a heated table, a therapist puts their Swedish, sports, or myofascial release skills to use to soothe achy muscles and increase the body's range of motion, helping speed recovery after an injury or recurring pain, such as neck or back pain.

To enhance sessions, therapists can incorporate organic medicinal lotions and an organic essential oil blend of your choice.
