The bathroom was a bit dingy. My therapist was 15 min late. The up charge for the foot scrub was good but not worth $18. Overall the massage was good

Very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The therapist was particularly interested what areas needed to be focused on, and she knew exactly what to do in order to alleviate the problems I was having in those areas.
