Both the staff and members are awesome. So friendly and encouraging. I am new to strength training, and honestly with the small class size, I feel like I'm getting the benefit of a personal trainer. I can't walk down stairs or lift my arms after just two visits ;). I'm so sore so I must be doing something right! Looking forward to see what's next.

Tyler is a great coach. I love how many morning classes there are. I am only able to take classes twice a week and I wish there was a pricing structure that makes it more affordable for someone like me who can't come daily (i.e. punch card).
