The lawn technician I made initial contact with to set up treatment was exceptional in customer relations. He called back promptly on several occasions to keep me posted as to when and how service would be completed. He went way beyond the expected in educating us as to the details of what the service would include and how it would be executed. I see us doing business with him in the future. Nothing to offer but praise for our experience with Lawn Doctor!

I would advice making appointment 7-10 days in advance. they seem to have a busy schedule. Other than that, the service itself was pretty good.
