Lock in on a date and hold them to it. Great job trimming a tall tree in my front yard, cleaned up nicely. Professional job. I requested they cut limbs into firepit size logs and leave by driveway. They took everything. No problem, I have plenty of firepit wood.

When he came to start the project, he reviewed what we had previously discussed to make sure everyone was on the same page.
