Inspire Yoga welcomes beginner yoga students into a warm community full of talented instructors and dedicated practitioners. Our certified yoga teachers provide a unique experience with each class while our friendly members offer a comfortable environment for beginners to learn something new.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Inspire Yoga started out as a close network of friends willing to help each other do life's best work on a daily basis. A simple commitment to each other grew into a wide and inclusive network. Along the way Inspire Yoga was recognized as the Best Yoga Studio in the community every year since 2010.

What do you love most about your job?

Connecting with real friends in real life is more important than ever. It is an essential component of happiness to share in the presence of other people. In the wake of psychological struggles from the cell phone era, social media, and Covid-19, we are grateful to be able to continue to provide this service.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

It is wonderful to see a brand new beginner enjoy that great after class feeling. This happens almost every time after just one class. A simple shift occurs as stress and tension melt away. Some people feel an even more significant shift after just one class. When someone who thought they would not be loved opens their heart it feels like you changed the whole world.
