I am having a problem with them not calling back and rescheduling when they miss or cancel my appointment. They missed the first appointment they scheduled for me the week after Christmas without calling to say they would not be there, and didn't call back for quite a while. When I finally did hear back from them, I scheduled 2 appointments within a few days (Thursday and Saturday) because they recommended that, but following the Thursday appointment, they called Friday to say they had to cancel Saturday, but left a message at my home when I was at work. I am still leaving them messages to call back to reschedule after several weeks, one of which was due to unavailability on my schedule. Not happy with the lack of proper communications/contact.
