The instructor was very informative. It was a great activity. Made a 4 x 4 inch square mosaic. I would highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed the class. Suzanne was great, it was interesting to hear a bit about the history of mosaics and it was nice to be able to choose your own design to create. I recommend this class.

The owner/teacher of the taster class was very knowledgeable and gave great tips on how to make a mosaic in only 2 hours. The mosaic isn't completely finished when you leave, but she gives you all of the materials you need to grout it at home. Just try not to be late for a class because it's just one rectangular room (fairly small), so it's not easy to sneak in without disrupting things.

Suzanne was very welcoming, and making the Mosaic was fun! We learned a brief history of Mosaic styles and given great direction and tools in creating our own. Will definitely be going again.

The instructor, Kim, was great! We were lucky in that there were only two of us in the class, so it was a private lesson, but there's plenty of room for more people and a gorgeous and well organized selection of mosaics. Kim first gave a great overview of the history of mosaics and talked about some of the towns in Italy that still make artisanal tiles. She was also very helpful and patient in helping me complete my project, a small trivet. It was the perfect activity for a gray and overcast Friday.

I loved the Mosaic Taster Class. I had no idea what to expect, but Suzanne (the owner and class teacher) was lovely, friendly, and helpful. Even if you have no artistic talent, I think you would love the experience of selecting and sorting the pieces while you create something simple felt unexpected. I’m so pleased with the piece I created, and I’m definitely signing up for more classes!
