I love everything about DanceFIT! I feel welcomed, included, capable, and encouraged by both the incredible staff and by the other members! All the instructors are fun, kind, very knowledgeable and helpful and so passionate! I can't wait to continue working with them. I absolutely recommend DanceFIT to anyone who wants to get moving and have fun doing it!

The classes are so much fun - I burn about 500 calories just in Zumba class alone. The Deep Stretch class is wonderful for both body and soul- feels great to just stretch out muscles from other workout classes or from a stress of the day. The instructors are wonderful and very professional. They make sure we get the best workout possible and having fun at the same time.

Instructors are friendly and experienced, classes offer a great workout, virtual classes make it easy to fit exercising into my daily routine.

Such a great studio! I genuinely look forward to going to class, and I'm not someone who ever used to get excited about working out.
