I love everything about DanceFIT! I feel welcomed, included, capable, and encouraged by both the incredible staff and by the other members! All the instructors are fun, kind, very knowledgeable and helpful and so passionate! I can't wait to continue working with them. I absolutely recommend DanceFIT to anyone who wants to get moving and have fun doing it!

The classes are so much fun - I burn about 500 calories just in Zumba class alone. The Deep Stretch class is wonderful for both body and soul- feels great to just stretch out muscles from other workout classes or from a stress of the day. The instructors are wonderful and very professional. They make sure we get the best workout possible and having fun at the same time.
