About Town Mountain Massage Therapy

When therapist Jill Burynski performs massages, she relies on many of the techniques she picked up while studying in Thailand. The graduate from Old Medicine Hospital and International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, now teaches Thai massage workshops throughout the United States. When she's not traveling, Jill performs massages at Town Mountain Massage Therapy alongside fellow therapist and certified birth doula Jessica Hume. Jessica has also received advanced training in Thai massage from the International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai. In addition to Thai massage, she specializes in deep-tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial, prenatal, and craniosacral therapies.

On a mat on the floor, the therapists move a client's limbs into various yoga stretches, as well as knead away aches and apply acupressure. Jill and Jessica can also relax tired feet with Thai foot massage or concoct a customized therapeutic massage after consulting with the client and reading their family tree.
