Here was really nice and a dog lover which makes him a good person in my book. Carpets look amazing and we're dry and odor free in less than 24 hours. I will be using him regularly from now on, repeat customer for sure.

They were very good and thorough! Explained every step of the way while cleaning the air ducts and vents and showed before and after pics. The carpet cleaning was great and the difference seen on the spot! Highly recommend them.

Charged extra money for the soap. Dump dirt and trash on lawn.

They were terrible. An hour and a half late, they didn't call. Then they showed up and said to actually get any dirt out of my carpet they needed to shampoo and it would be 100 more dollars (20 per room). I said no, to just steam clean because I have had another company come and steam clean in the past and it got out all the stains and dirt. He then threatened that it would look exactly the same(basically that he was going to do a poor job) if I didn't pay extra money. He then proceeded to spend less then 15 minutes cleaning all 5 rooms combined. I vacuumed this morning and it took me 40 minutes. Obviously 3 minutes a full room isn't going to clean anything. They're a scam.

We asked to have the carpet stretched, he came unprepared to do it. He said that we had to pay for "carpet shampooing" in the two rooms, this wasn't done. Carpet is still dirty in places. I'm using tuff stuff this morning. He asked that we pay in cash, we had to go to the ATM for cash. He forget to clean the dinner room, had to go outside to remind him. Overall we felt like he didn't want to be there.
