PartnershipsInAction's three races—a 5K run and walk, a youth 1K run, and a 100-yard dash—gets runners’ endorphins pumping for a charitable cause. 100 percent of the proceeds go towards funding programs to alleviate global poverty in all parts of the world. The nonprofit organization fights hunger, illiteracy, and disease in the developing world, marshalling grassroots and community-based solutions.

Good race and well organized. Course was well marked with police stopping traffic. Maybe add different awards (plaques or trophies) for first place overall and masters (over 40) next year.

Not very organized they didn't have the proper nutrition Pre or post race. Served a spicy Indian meal at breakfast. Also we were told by one table that we'd receive a goodie bag while another stated that they never existed. Amazing singer sang the national anthem and Pre- race warm up was ok
