Took my girls ages 11 & 13 and they had a fantastic time! Great exercise, great fun, and the instructor was phenonemal, we'll be back for sure!

Instructor Michael was fantastic. My two nieces loved working with him and he taught them a lot. He was compassionate, made class fun, and made me feel comfortable in his ability. If I'm ever in Atlanta again, I would like to take a class myself.

It was a really fun experience...definitely follow the advice of the instructors (instructions sent to you before class and those during class) and it will make for an enjoyable activity!

Bring water with you and try to clear your mind of your day. You will need your focus. It was a great class.
