The room I reserved months in advance was not ready until the next day. There were lots of children on all floors and throughout the hotel which made it very difficult to sleep.

The hotel appearance was not one I expected for a five-star hotel. For example, the jacuzzi had mold around several of the jets valves. As for our room the wall paper was peeling, the shower curtain was dirty and cheap, the TV was old ( I expected a flat-screen) and although there was refrigerator there was no microwave. Trump should be a shame to have his name attached to this hotel. The hotel needs to be renovated and brought into the 21st century.

The rooms where super outdated the vanity faucet was so old that it had brown around. I had to close my eyes when I was washing my teeth becasue I wanted to vomit. The shower handle to open the water had nastry old stuff inside. I was going to take pic and forgot. I would never recommended to nobody. The worse hotel ever and I have travel a lot but this one was extremely too nasty and outdated to the max. Super old decoration.
