I would definitely go back!. The people were very friendly and went out of the way to accommodate and help me as a customer. I, like some other women am not one of the most knowledgable about cars but felt comfortable about the service I had done. One of the workers dropped me off at my job while my car was fixed. Michael K went out of his way to provide options and explain exactly what was wrong with my car in a way that I the customer could understand. I felt good about my purchase and service and did not feel the people there were trying to mess me over by overcharging me for any of the services I had done. Excellent rate with honest, kind and customer service oriented people!

Customer Service/front desk makes you feel like you are talking to yourself (they have tv screen right across from the front desk and they were staring at a tv show rather than facing their customers. Went on lunch break with no notice.. no one could be found for about 5-10 mins was just wondering around the shop in circles looking for someone to come out..

Once I arrived there the owner was very nice. But they charged me extra without consulting me first. I ended up spending way more money than I could have spent elsewhere. I don't care where you go, one extra quart of gas does not cost $13. I would not use them again.
