I do not feel they have the proper equipment to truly remove dents.. They were very nice guys - just did not do the job I needed. Waste of my money since I now have to go to another dent removal company to get the job done. Sorry Guys!

Make sure someone does a quality check on the vehicle before releasing it. It wasn't fair to have just one person detail my vehicle. There was a lot to do on the inside and I could tell that the person was really rushed to get it completed in a timely manner. There are several glaring areas that were missed and that made me unhappy. But overall it was a good job.

I purchased a complete car detail, worth a $200 value, and what I got was a car wash and vacuum. Large areas of my vehicle were completely untouched, including the center console, the rear flip-out console, the back of the passenger seat, the front door pockets, driver and passenger, and glovebox. The seats were not cleaned whatsoever, and if they were even vacuumed, it was not done well, as there were still crumbs and such in the creases of the seats. In short, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the interior of my vehicle and would not recommend Roadside Rescue and Collision to anyone. When I arrived on time for my appointment, the person that was scheduled to do the detail wasn't even there. I didn't get a receipt, nothing at all that proves I was even there. AND my gas light came on as I was driving away, when I was sure I had a good 10-15 miles left before it would have come on. My car is quite precise, and I intend to find out for sure if any miles were accumulated in my absence.

They did not complete the job as advertised. The car was pressure washed and not rubbed out and waxed. Other details were also left undone. the excuse was that it was an SUV, but that makes no sense since I was willing to pay extra!!!
