Polite and very throrough

They were very flexible with scheduling. However, when a website advertises a deep cleaning, that is what I expect. Instead, I received a normal cleaning with the refrigerator cleaned on the side. The space behind the toilet and the baseboards were still dirty; the spaces I expected to have attention during a deep clean were ignored. Also, a three-hour deep cleaning is misleading. It is actually a 3-room deep cleaning. Even if it doesn't take three hours to do all three rooms (our apartment was small so it wasn't too time-consuming), that is all the cleaning a customer will receive.

I bought the 2-2 hour sessions of deep cleaning. I was told that it would be better to use the full 4 hrs. On the same day, which I did. I told the cleaning lady to focus on the kitchen, 1/2 bath, living room, foyer. Cleaning was unsatisfactory, sofa table, bakers rack, were unclean. She left before the 4 hrs were up and kitchen floors were not mopped. She vacuumed for only a few minutes and was in a hurry to leave. Would definitely not use them again.

I purchased the "two 2 hour intense home cleanings". When I made the appointment, I was told that they would make one visit for 4 hours and only clean 4 rooms. How do they know over the telephone how large the rooms are or how dirty they are. I made an appointment for one 4 hour visit. But I fould out later that that was not convenient for me. When I called back to change they did allow me to have one 2 hour visit. But I was told that they would just clean 2 rooms of my choice and that if it did not take them two hours, they would not clean anything else. I have not had them come for the cleaning yet.

Extremely disappointed for many reasons

They did not "deep clean" my house and she only took 1.5 hours to clean instead of the stated 3 hours. My refrigerator did not get cleaned and my counter tops were barely cleaned.The cleaner did not move items to clean under she just wiped around. She was on her phone a lot and nothing was dusted. I would not recommend.
