Well done. Person that arrived seemed knowledgeable and appeared to do as good a job as possible, given the setup of the homes vents and the age of the property (very old).

The tech was friendly. Explained options to let me know what was needed and why yet he was not super pushy.

Despite the canceling of two appointments and having to wait three months. The work done was very good.

The tech came in did his job and did not try to up sell me and I appreciated that.

The guy that finally ended up coming was extremely professional and helpful and did a great job. As for the company itself, I wouldn't give them a very high rating. They put on hold for a REALLY long time and is a least 6-8 weeks to even get on their schedule. I had an appointment between 9-11am and at 11:20 I had to call because no one had called or shown up. It would've been nice if someone called to let me know so I wasn't waiting around there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing. Also, since they told me I was the 1st appointment of the day, it kind of seems silly to give a two hour window.

Bad service

I felt ripped off. I did not get what I thought. I ended up going somewhere else and paying for it.

The groupin covered a seconds of work. The recommended package was over $600 more. It came with a graphic warning of "the toxic mold growing in our venting system. The whole thing felt like a scam

Horrible costumer service. They damaged my AC unit after they "cleaned and sanitized" it. Currently taking legal action to get a refund from the compan.

They canceled service more than a 1/2 dozen times before showing up to clean the ducts!! They are HORRIBLE!!! I would NEVER recommend them for anything other than the BBB for the shady way they do business!!!
