Very difficult to get a hold of, it took me several calls to finally get through to them. In the end I communicated with them solely through serial voice mails back and forth. The first available appointment time was several weeks away and when they called the day prior to confirm my appointment they had the wrong time down and I had to cancel another appointment I'd made in order to accommodate their mistake. The technician himself was very kind and professional but the last surprise that this company had in store was to tell me that what I'd bought through group on would only cover about 1/4 of what it would take to appropriately clean my system, and it took an extra $265 to service it.
