Stephany is very calm and supportive, explains why each position is done a certain way and what the objective is. Such a nice studio, welcoming and comfortable! I will return Saturday and start a new program with her- I’m so excited!

This was my first Pilates class ever and I like the fact that the classes are small and you get one on one from the teacher(Stephanie) she is very hands on and very informative. I would highly recommend especially if you're a beginner. She makes you feel comfortable and the workouts are great!!!

Stephanie is a great trainer who gives individual attention one on one basis. Studio is super nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it.
