The trainer at Aurora is great! He keeps you moving and calls everyone by name. Great way to get back in shape or if you’re just starting. He pushes you and modifies if needed. Great workout!

My first day was very hard but worth it... the Instructor made me feel comfortable and he was motivating. I can’t wait for my next class ... I feel confident this is the right step to a heathy life!

Very attentive coach, interested in the people that are training. The class is very intense, no time to waste. Stretch at home and go. Best workout I've ever done!
