Always make sure to exfoliate before waxing! I thought Amy was great and very sweet. She's soft spoken but very nice. Very knowledgable about what she does, professional, and did a great job. I've been waxing for over 2years, every 4-5 weeks, gone to a couple different asteticians and she was definitely one of the best as far as the waxing goes. One of the least painful ones that I had. I'm surprised about the negative reviews now that I've gone and seen for myself. Go to her for a very reasonably priced and great wax.
