This is the first place I have ever heard of that only allows high school students to use the student discount... Really disappointing, and will affect my ability to return to the salon in the future.

The experience was OK. I did have to wait 20-30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, and just for a haircut it took 2 hours, so I was there two and a half hours for a haircut, which is excessive, but the hairstylist was nice. My haircut is OK, not great but not bad. I would have liked if I was offered a drink, because other salons do that. I may go back but I am not certian of it.

I had a great haircut. So good I asked for an additinal service, mistake! I ask to have my eyebrows waxed. My hairstylist was working away waxing and plucking as I was thinking about just how awesome this place must be. She looked at my face and handed me the mirror, she had completly waxed off one entire half of one of my eyebrows. I pointed out how uneven and gone my eyebrows were. She looked an said "oh yeah, they really are uneven, sorry". I paid out and tipped well, cause after all I did really like my hair. I think she should have acknowledged her mistake immediatly and offered the botched job at a discount or at no charge.
