Norman store is my favorite, but the bike guys at both stores are awesome! I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else!
OKC store is frustrating due to the slow checkout process. Last time I dropped my bike off, I was going to purchase some items...and after 30 minutes of waiting in a non-moving line, I put them down and walked out. It was even after Christmas! No more holiday rush. You can tell that the young ladies at the OKC store could care less how quickly you get in and out.

Service is poor and lucky for them competition is sparse. Otherwise, they offer great products at fair prices with a large selection.
