Friendly and helpful service

Very helpful sales people, but they will also stay away and let you look if that is what you prefer. When I did have questions, the salesperson was easy to find. Good sale pricing with additional $$ off. We will definitely be back.

These people have some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! My roommate and I will never come back here. Our first sales person dropped the ball on finding us a dining room set and to top it off he hit on me! My Gmail profile picture "is very cute!" Not professional! The second sales person was able to place my order, but then when I emailed to follow up on it she said "I think you have the wrong person. I have no idea what you are talking about." This place is a joke!

I like the furniture and your warehouse guys are awesome, but I do feel you are overpriced. The delivery charges are outrageous, plus all the add-ons you push for the furniture just drive the prices higher.
