Parts of my car look very good but others are lacking. For a $69 detail job (somehow valued at $200+) I would expect a very, very good detail job. Windows are foggy, there was no vacuum to clean the trunk (still sand in there) and there is an entire section of interior door that wasn't cleaned. The tech was professional and friendly but I don't think I'd use this service again.

1. Cancelled first appointment after I arranged to go into work late.
2. Almost 2 hours late for rescheduled appointment.
3. Stated value of $449 on coupon is rediculous. I got a an expensive car wash at $69 + $10 tip.
4. Coupon stated they clean the engine. They did not. I was told that was just an advertisement for their company
5. Would never use again.

My floor mats looked like they had not been cleaned. The interior rugs are still wet a day later.

I purchased an interior detail and my car looks worse than before. The back seat is stained, the inside of the windows were not cleaned, the floor mats look horrible... They are going to re-do it next week though at no charge.
