They were punctual, and flexible. They were helpful as well. They did a great job on my carpets. I will be calling them again to do the the rest of my house.

They were in and out in 20 min. Carpets were soaked for hours. Not one stain was removed and they kept telling me all the things they couldn't do. I would not recommend wasting your money or your time.

The carpet is still dirty. Very bad job. I would never use them again. Actually. I would like my money back. Very dissatisfied !
