Raphael was most ignorant man I've met in a long time. I agreed to $4. each stair extra to clean but he tried to push everything extra he could sell on me and left furious because I wouldn't buy. He also insulted me and |I would not even use him if he were free!!! I will give my business elsewhere. I don't want him to reply or ever speak to me again. Also he said he told me ahead of time on the phone about all extras he has to offer. Did not tell me I was supposed to vacuum today ahead of time but it was done yesterday so I was willing to vacuum again & pick up 6 dog toys. I have 2 miniature schnauzers that don't smell or shed & were just groomed recently - 14 & 19 lbs.

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional service. Once an appointment time is agreed upon it should be kept, not rescheduled multiple times.

Poor communications before arriving to the job. Too many expectations. Does not come prepared with own working material.

The stuff was rude. He was saying our carpet is disgusting. If the carpet is not dirty, why do we need your service? And after he finished the cleaning he dumped all the dirty solution or water (with all the fabric debris and hairs) from the cleaning machine into our toilet which blocked our toilet.

He doesn't take off his shoes and was wearing his work shoes without plastic bag on for the whole time. He charges extra money for the hall and stairs. I definitely will not use this service again
