The day I went, they were short-staffed. I let them know that I wasn't in a hurry. I still felt like they did a good job of trying to juggle everyone that was in the store. However, when I made my appointment, another day was available. If they would have indicated that the other day may have been better from a staffing/quickness point, that would have been preferred.

They did an amazing job! It is quiet, relaxing and i've never had a better manicure or pedicure. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
